Overdue Payments: Any fees not paid by the due date are charged a Late Fee @ 20% per annum between due date and date received. Failure to settle due within an allotted time may result in the student not being permitted to attend classes and/or withholding the student’s report cards and academic records. If a student withdraws with a balance due to the school, the student’s records are not given until all arrears, including any outstanding late fees, are paid. Student’s with outstanding accounts may have their school attendance privileges revoked by the school until such times as their accounts are current.
If any payment remains unpaid upon withdrawal from the school, no transcripts, transfers, or other records will be released until full payment is received.
Late Enrollments: In case of late entry of students, the minimum payment will be for 1 term.
Fees Refund Policy: The refund of Tution fees will be given only in cases where the fees have been prepaid and the student does not attend any part of the term. The refund of fees for a term of non-attendance at 50% is payable only in cases where a written notification of withdrawal is received within 20 days of commencement of a term.
